Continuous Improvement

Quarterly business reviews that keep value on track

A regular, structured review of adoption, configuration, service performance and outcomes, with a clear plan for the quarter ahead.

Part of the Grouper customer journey: stage 11 of 12, Continuous Improvement.

Momentum is easy to lose after go-live. Quarterly business reviews keep it. We sit down with you every quarter to review how the platform is performing, what adoption looks like and where the next opportunities are.

Each review produces a prioritised backlog of improvements for the coming quarter, so progress is continuous and visible.

Frequently asked questions

Everything you need to know about quarterly business reviews with Grouper. Still have a question? Speak with a consultant.

What is covered in a quarterly business review?

Each review looks at adoption, service and integration performance, progress against your goals, and the opportunities for the quarter ahead. It ends with a prioritised backlog of improvements, so every review turns insight into a concrete plan.

Who attends the review?

Your account manager and relevant specialists meet your HR and IT stakeholders, with attendance tailored to what the quarter needs. If a review is focused on analytics or integrations, we bring the right specialist rather than a generic team.

Are quarterly business reviews included?

Yes. Regular business reviews are part of our white-glove customer success partnership at the same subscription price as acquiring your BambooHR licences direct from Utah. There is no separate charge for the review itself.

How long does a review take and how do we prepare?

A typical review is a focused session of an hour or two, and we do most of the preparation by pulling together your adoption and performance data in advance. You simply bring your priorities and any changes on the horizon.

What data do you bring to the review?

We bring adoption and usage figures, service-level performance, integration health and progress against the outcomes we agreed, drawing on your dashboards and people analytics. This keeps the conversation grounded in evidence rather than opinion.

How does a review lead to actual improvements?

Each review produces a prioritised backlog that feeds directly into our continuous improvement service, where the agreed items get delivered. The next review then checks progress, creating a steady loop of plan, deliver and review.

What if our priorities change between reviews?

The cadence is regular but not rigid. If something significant changes, a restructure, an acquisition or a new compliance requirement, your account manager can bring a review forward or adjust the backlog so the plan stays relevant.

How do reviews handle compliance and GDPR topics?

Reviews are a natural checkpoint for compliance posture, including GDPR-related configuration, permissions and data quality. Where risks are spotted we add remediation to the backlog, and any data shown in the review respects your access controls.

How do reviews relate to strategic advisory?

Quarterly reviews keep the platform on track operationally, whilst strategic advisory looks at the bigger direction of your HR function. When review discussions raise larger questions, they can escalate into a dedicated advisory engagement.

Can reviews cover multiple countries or entities?

Yes. For multi-entity, multi-country organisations we can review adoption and performance by entity or region, reflecting our presence across Dublin, Belfast, London, Dubai and Kuwait. This surfaces where one part of the business is ahead of another.

How do you measure whether reviews are adding value?

The measure is momentum: outcomes improving quarter on quarter, the backlog being delivered rather than growing, and adoption climbing. If a review is not moving the numbers, that is itself a signal we act on with you.
