Acceptance

By accessing or using any BambooHR service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use our services.

Services

BambooHR provides cloud-based HR software on a subscription basis. The features available to you depend on the subscription plan you have purchased. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice.

Your account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised use through our contact form.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use BambooHR to transmit unlawful content, attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems, or interfere with the operation of the services. Breach of these terms may result in immediate termination of your account.

Intellectual property

BambooHR and its licensors own all intellectual property rights in the software, documentation, and content we provide. Your subscription grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the service for your internal business purposes.

Data ownership

You retain ownership of all HR data you input into BambooHR. We process that data only as instructed by you and as described in our Data Processing Agreement, which forms part of your subscription contract.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, BambooHR's liability for any claim arising under these terms is limited to the fees paid by you in the twelve months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which our local entity is registered. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or in-product notice at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
